ICB planning £15m community investment pot

"ICB is planning to create an investment pot for community/left shift to be used to pump prime moves to neighbourhood health models and to move services out of hospital settings, where this demonstrates avoidance of costs elsewhere in system that are ‘cashable’ (£15m)"
